Cabo

So my world travels continue. This time we went to Los Cabos. In Dad's famous fashion we did not decide to go until the day before. Uncle Brent, Auntie Linda, Uncle Bryce, Auntie Laura, Grandma, Grandpa, Cousins Kate, Keifor, Taylor and Ava were all there too. The first two nights we stayed the RIU Santa Fe, everyone else was at the RIU Palace. They could visit our resort but were not supposed to go to theirs. The Santa Fe is really nice resort, but it was Spring Break Mania. The first night there was throwing up and fighting and mum was not impressed. The next day we went to the Palace and didn't get caught until dinner, when Mum explained the situation and that we would be checking in the next day they allowed us to stay.

Aleena is normally a really great sleeper, but on this morning she and Mum were up to see the sunrise. Mum and her actually had a nice quiet morning together.

Mum and Dad bought me a DVD player for the plane, it earned its worth on the first flight because instead of trying to run down the isles as I normally do, I just sat and watched movies. Aleena likes to watch it too.

Suddenly Uncle Bryce really needed to go the swim up bar for a drink, I wonder why?

Loving the Phil and Ted stroller. So the stroller can be as you see in the pic above or Aleena can be tucked under me. Well Mum left Aleena with the family for a while and when she came back this is how she found her. Someone had thought that was the storage area and put the wipes right on her head! She didn't even wake up.

So dad started the trip with a beard, then he had and gotee and then this mustache and then nothing. Mum was pretty happy when it got all shaved off.

I got so cold after being the pool, I like to lay flat out in the hot sand to warm up, or cuddle with Mum.

One thing Mum did not like about Cabo is the water. The waves are huge and dangerous and you can't swim. Grandpa went in and was pulled out of the water when he got stuck in the breaking waves. (He said he didn't need to be rescued) Two people from the cruise ships died when they were at the beach by the big arch in the waves. They don't have nice beach chairs with umbrellas or huts. I like to play in sand but it was hot without shade.

So Dad was too cheap to check bags. So we had three small roller suitcases, the stroller, diaper bag, a laptop bag, my toy bag, the stroller, me and Aleena. We had to change planes going there and coming back. Mum and Dad we getting pretty cocky before the last flight, they were managing pretty well. So we were in Seattle and waiting for the plane to Spokane. We were hungry so Dad got some Wendy's. We had to board the plane early and we did not have time to eat. Dad put the drinks my backpack. (mum told him not to) We got on the plane and then dad went back out to fold up the stroller. While he was gone Aleena had a big spit up on Mum's shirt. The stewardess came with a towel just in time to see Aleena projectile vommit everywhere, luckily there was no one in the seat behind us or they would have been covered. Dad came back and had to open the suitcase and get Mum and Aleena new clothes. While they gone Dad put everything in the overhead bins including my backpack with the drinks which ended up spilled everywhere! Mum didn't know if she should laugh or cry. Needless to say we will be checking bags next time.

I was really tired. I was going nonstop for a week and I got sick, I watched TV for two days straight when we got home. Normally mum would not allow that, but she a paper to write.
